Level 4 Mandatory Training

Welcome back level 4's!  By this point in your cadet career you are most likely a senior NCO in the squadron and are a reliable role model for younger cadets.  In level 4 you will become experts on instruction and leadership and will be helping organize squadron activities.  Some of you may also have important parade positions.  The subjects taught to you this year will be:
