Welcome to 395 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Cadets.
As we leave our Sixty-Fifth Anniversary behind and enter the 2011-2012 Training Year, we are full of optimism for a new year of squadron and personal growth, adventure and exciting aviation activities that help to define who we are: Royal Canadian Air Cadets of 395 Edmonton Squadron. In our new year, our pledge remains: to continue to deliver an enhanced level of training with the same attention to continuous improvement and excellence for which this squadron is well known. We will do this with re-defined roles for our senior cadets, developing leadership through increased responsibility and mentoring on field training exercises and a long-range flight plan to Eastern Canada. Our junior cadets will benefit by our well established experience with the latest in training programs and goals provided by DND and the Air Cadet League of Canada. We will continue to enhance our drive to be a "Total Force Squadron". Our 150 cadets will change their lives individually and collectively, in small and big ways, as they are challenged to learn and rise to every adventure we can offer. Our officers and volunteers have dedication, talents, skills and abilities that are second to none in the Canadian Cadet Movement. The Rotary Club of West Edmonton, in partnership with the 395 Squadron Parents' Association, provides the rock-solid foundation that allows us to offer a program that is outstanding in every way. Our flight plan is set: our heading points us to fun and adventure, our altitude is high, and our destination is excellence. Come fly with us! We are 395 Squadron!
