In 2025, 395 Squadron proudly marks its 80th Anniversary of service to Edmonton’s youth and community. Since its formation in 1945, the Squadron has inspired generations of young Canadians to aim higher—developing leadership, discipline, aviation knowledge, and a spirit of service.

Over the past eight decades, thousands of cadets have worn the 395 badge with pride. Many have gone on to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces, pursue aviation careers, or contribute as leaders in their communities. What has remained constant is the Squadron’s commitment to the core values of the Air Cadet program.
